I came over from England looking for something, but I didn't know quite what I wanted. You spent a lot of your time taking me around various places until I found this property. You then also took me to a place where I could buy electrical goods at a reasonable cost, then to a ferreteria and then to some furniture places. You explained many things to me and generally helped me to fit into Spain. I just wanted to say how helpful you were when I came over and how you held my hand to get the property of my dreams. You also helped me to find a solicitor and a bank which has proved a godsend. I am now very happy where I live, albeit there have been problems of a minor sort which could never be pointed at you, but they are now all sorted. It is very stressful buying a house. Much more so when it is in a foreign country and language a barrier. Stephen triumphs in so many ways as has been said above. Lawyers,banks,notary,and everything necessary from the first search for the right property to help with deliveries of furniture and looking for cookers. The guest house is very comfortable and Yvonne is a great cook. I recommend the chocolate mousse. If you would like to buy a property in Almeria,just don't go anywhere else. Stephen is your man.

I have nothing but praise to give Stephen. His excellent advice on how to go about finding a property with reputable estate agents was spot on. He kept to the brief and therefore did not waste time showing us properties that were of no interest to us. He was friendly and informative during our trips and told us such useful information about living in Spain. I have never had such superb after sales service, certainly this would NEVER happen in the UK. Stephen has personally helped with lawyers, driving me to Almeria to get my NIE number, opening up a bank account, sorting out my connection to the internet sky TV receiver. Not only that he went out of his way to show me shops were I can get good value Spanish furniture and white goods. I must speak with him via email virtually every day since we put an offer on our house. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for him. I look forward to inviting him round to have celebratory drinks once we move in!

The service was excellent from start to finish. Stephen, could not have done more to help us to find the perfect property. Pre-sale he was so helpful, driving us around to view a number of properties. Assisting us to create a short list and then returning us to them 2 or 3 times until the decision was made. Stephen also handled the much of the negotiations, removed the concern and his knowledge of the language and surrounding areas made him invaluable. By helping us to find quality lawyers and bankiung facilities he took his service well beyond the norm. His explanations of the Spanish system also helped us to understand the process and to avoid unecessary delays. When the lawyer sent us final details of the sale amounts (taxes, fess etc) I simply sent a copy to findmeahome.com and the figures were checked for me and confirmed to be correct. FinMeAHome do not allow people to rip off their clients, which is very comforting knowing somebody is fighting your corner if and when necesary. After sales service is terrific. We needed a wood burner - they introduced us to the best suppliers/installers. We needed to improve the supply of mains water,Stephen found the guy. And so it goes on, nothing is too much trouble for these guys and the client is KING!. Also there is a strong link with a British B&B which is superb.
